Our project development process is grouped into four stages:
Consulting and advisory
This is the exploration stage, in which we consult with all stakeholders to manage expectations and collect requirements. We provide our findings to all parties, from investors to designers, to ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of the vision, budget and timelines for the project.
Planning and refinement
In this stage, we delve into further detail for the plans of the building, fleshing out the costings and refining the timelines to ensure all trades and investors involved in the building and marketing process are engaged and ready to launch.
As the design develops, Grace Civil & Development validates each decision for budget, methodology, compliance, quality, and program before agreeing to the direction. In this way, the appropriateness of each decision is assured, ensuring the objectives of the project are always front of mind.
Execution and management
After launching, the management team constantly monitors the progress of the project, checking activities against timelines and communicating progress with stakeholders. Any delays are anticipated, budgeted for, and made up, with no nasty surprises at the end.
